The workshop aims to integrate the graphic skills of students in the exercise of drawing from life, developing their basic skills with the application of graphic (chiaroscuro) and coloristic (watercolor) techniques to the reading and representation of those landscape elements that characterize each place in a recognizable way (genuis loci), with specific reference to the relationship with water.The exercise of life-drawing consolidates graphic skills in the reading of formal and perceptive values of the space. It supports the project in the urban scene, sensitizing the participants to the relationship between water and urban or artificial landscape in different contexts, re-proposing the use of travel notebook, already traditional training exercise and professional support of the architect, as an invitation to future designers to acquire the manual design as a tool to rethink the space of design.

Whorkshop's divise in two phase:
1) ITALY : 3 daily trips between the end of March and the beginning of April (Saturday): Milan, the Darsena and the Navigli / Venice , the canals and lagoon / Rome, the river and the Tiberina island.

2) FRANCE (Versailles): 3 intensivedays ofschool (25, 26 and 27 june) in the ENSA of Versailles (Le Notre).

The call is open to Students of CdL and CdLM in Product and Interior and is necessary to have partecipated at the "Laboratorio del Disegno" with a score of no less than 24.
