The initiative is framed in the so-called flipped classroom, it is referred to a methodological approach that overturns the traditional learning cycle composed by frontal lesson, individual study at home and classroom assessments.
Particularly, the course is going to give a specific focus to classroom activities, through a practice exercise driven development, related to the most probable market value estimation of a residential building, by encouraging the assessment science learning, able to stimulate the curiosity and consequently, the students learning process through a concrete case study, with specific interest.

In such context, the frequent one to one direct contact between the Student and the Teacher/Tutor allows to identify and, as far as possible, face complementary thematic, regarding the estimation field wide competencies and methodologies (costs and revenues analysis, multicriteria techniques, estimations with accounting effects and so on).
