Science outreach is serious business. But we swear it's also fun The science popularizer has the arduous task of making often difficult and complex science content accessible to the public. How? There are a million ways to do outreach. Educational workshops, exhibitions and social content are just a few examples. The science popularizer is therefore a highly multidisciplinary figure, which combines deep technical knowledge with great communication skills. The course will be structured in a series of thematic seminars, a hands-on lesson and a closing discussion lesson. During the hands-on lesson, participants will have the opportunity to get involved in first person to put into practice the concepts learned during the seminars and animate an educational laboratory that will take visitors directly into space The course is run by Fabio Catania and Pietro Crovari, who together have almost 10 years of experience in the field. They are the founders of the association On Air - voce alla Scienza (IG: @onairgram), they have participated in some of the most important Italian festivals of popularization (such as the Festival of Science in Genoa or BergamoScienza), they collaborated in the organization of TEDx events in Bolzano and Genoa, and they are in the organization team of Pint of Science Milano.
