Each year the master's degree courses of the School of Design organize a series of curricular workshops inviting foreign teachers and professionals to conduct these educational activities. With the intention of not only enhancing the activity itself but also documenting and communicating these opportunities, in the last 2 years, thanks to the collaboration with small groups of students, a series of video interviews with the invited teachers have been produced and published on the website of the Communication Design Courses (https: //www.designdellacomunicazione.polimi.it/testimonials-visiting/). On the occasion of the next workshop session (scheduled for the weeks of 7-11 and 14- 18 February 2022) it is the intention of the Coordination of the CdS to allow students of the Degree Course in Communication Design the opportunity to make these videos.
Participation is open to groups/teams of a minimum of 3, maximum of 5 students. The selected group/team will have to carry out, in agreement with the Coordination of the Course of Studies (prof. Valeria Bucchetti and Francesco E. Guida, in collaboration with prof. Umberto Tolino), a minimum of 3 video interviews.
These videos must include and must include customized intro and outro graphic elements for the 2022 edition of the videos (see as a reference what is published on the DDC website for the 2020-21 and 2019-20 academic years), solutions for live shooting (during the works in the classroom), in the laboratory and/or via video call (for interviews), and the inclusion of examples of the projects resulting from the individual workshops.
The videos will include the credits (name and surname) of the members of the project group/team.
The activity will be carried out at the Candiani Campus, with the support, as well as the teaching, of the Image Laboratory, where necessary.
The workshops will take place some in presence, others in remote mode. The selected project group/team will therefore have to carry out some live shots during the classroom work, agree with the teachers the realization of a video interview (if in the Laboratory, in the classroom or remotely), design the animated coordination elements customized to the 2022 series of videos, edit the videos for a maximum duration of 3-4 minutes, inserting examples of the projects resulting from the workshops.
