It is a Self Defense seminar.No martial arts experience (or specific preparation) is required to participate. If aggression was a fire, this seminar would not make us a firefighter ... but it would explain to you how to use the fire extinguisher and increase the probability of getting away with it in a bad scenario.Let's identify an aggression as "good guy vs bad guy". Being "on the good guy side" means learning the correct reactions to be done even at an ethical/legal level.
Theseminaris designed to give useful instruments to keep in the "toolbox" in case of bad scenario. It covers (by theory and practices): awareness, fear management, and self-efficacy.
In this seminar we will discuss:

• What are the changes that fear generates in our body, and, which movements can work under high stress.
• The psychological and emotional part of an aggression
• The tools to avoid/defuse an aggression (it shall be always a priority)
• How to exploit spontaneous reactions to danger
• Scenarios that can happen in real life (probable vs possible)
