• You have a valid student visa for Italy
• You have booked your flight in order to arrive in time for the beginning of the entrance test or to take part in the orientation activities which have been foreseen by the University
• You have cash availability in order to face the first expenses in Italy or during your trip (trip from the airport, meals, public transport, stay permit, temporary accommodation)
• You have informed the International Students Office or Welcome Desk of reference of any difficulty in obtaining a visa or of any delay in the date of your arrival
• You have booked an accommodation and received a confirmation of your booking
• You have in mind all the important deadlines and when/where the welcome and orientation organized for you are taking place
• You have checked and taken with you the documents required to complete your official enrolment
• You have taken with you the documents related to your family income and composition, required for those students (bachelor degree students and European students) who will have to make an ISEEU declaration
• You have written down the addresses of the International Students Offices or Welcome Desks and have in mind how to reach them
