What is it?
Easybox is a company that offers self-storage services to its customers.
Its mission is to provide simple and easy-to-use space solutions to individuals and companies through a flexible and tailor-made service. It meets the needs of customers by providing them with clean, modern and safe facilities, accessible 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Easybox operates in 5 Italian cities: Milan, Turin, Genoa, Florence and Rome. In Milan it has four offices: Milan West, Milan East, Milan Center and Milan North.
What are the benefits?
Easybox offers the Politecnico community a 60% discount on the monthly fee of the first two months of contract, calculated on the basis of the price list in force at the time of subscription, on self-storage service contracts with a minimum duration of 2 months.
Moreover, the basic transport rate for 2 m2 of boxes / objects / personal effects within the city of Milan is offered at the price of 25,00 euro (instead of 50,00 euro).
The offer is valid on contracts stipulated for the rental of self-storage spaces within the following locations:
- West Milan - Via Bisceglie 89/91, 20152 Milan (MI);
- East Milan - Via Piero Portaluppi 9, 20138 Milan (MI);
- Center Milan - Via Edoardo Porro 2 (entrance via Vincenzo Lancetti), 20158 (MI);
- North Milan - Viale Fulvio Testi 59 (entrance via E. Ferri), 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
How does it work?
To benefit from the facilities dedicated to students and employees of Politecnico di Milano, you must present the promotional code EBPOLIMI23 when booking the self-storage space.
Reservations can be made by telephone (800202662 for calls from Italy, +390261868290 for calls from abroad), using a form to be filled out on the Easybox website (www.easybox.it) or directly in one of the offices in Milan. The promotional code must be communicated verbally or through the notes field of the form.
Whatever the channel used, at the time of booking an Easybox consultant will provide you with the possible options of boxes to rent with relative quote. Once the agreement has been reached, you can book the selected space by paying a deposit of 20 euros.
Reservations are finalized at the time of signing the rental contract, which is made in person at the selected location, showing the university card or badge or an active mailbox with an institutional domain (@polimi.it or @mail.polimi.it ) to take advantage of the discount.
