Politecnico di Milano has signed a discount agreement for TOEIC Exemptions (Test Of English for International Communication). For detailed information please visit the page Products and services at special conditions (section Courses and tests).

If you are a student of Politecnico Study Programmes and you must take the English language test, the University provides a flat-rate reimbursement of 100.00€ to cover the required expenses. The reimbursement right is automatic without submission of any request and it will be assigned if:

• you take the test in institutions that issue certificates recognized by the University
• you pass the test in the period from the calendar year of registration until Laurea (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) graduation 
• you pass the test with the minimum score to access Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to Master of Science) Study Programmes (see table 4)

In order to obtain the reimbursement, you must submit to the Registrar's Office a copy of the English certificate together with the original copy for acknowledgement, unless the institution will provide to submit the result directly to the Politecnico. 

The lump sum may be recognised by deducting the amount of the second instalment of the Laurea (equivalent to Bachelor of Science), if due, only for the academic year for which the right to the contribution will be recognised before the instalment is issued; otherwise it will be refunded automatically on the bank details recorded on the personal page (Online Services), even after the end of the Laurea (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) career. You will receive a notification (email) with the relevant details after the refund has been processed.

Attention: if you have already received a language test reimbursement for type/mode/score other than those shown on this Web site, you will not be able to get further reimbursements for following language tests, even if the first reimbursement was obtained for a previous Study Programme at Politecnico di Milano.
