The course aims to prepare participants on the following topics: Comparative analysis of profitability, cash flow, and financial stability from a decision- making perspective and interaction with external stakeholders Main criteria for the financial evaluation of an investment The treasury function in companies and methods of managing corporate cash In order to provide tools and operational solutions to support major business decisions with a value creation logic.
Educational project
The objective of the course is to cover aspects of corporate finance related to the management and evaluation of investments, with particular attention to financial accounting and planning, treasury management and credit risk management, and business valuation
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective University Systems.
