The Executive Course is designed for managers, professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to acquire advanced skills in managing innovation in complex and dynamic business contexts. The programme offers a strategic and practical approach, aimed at providing effective tools and methodologies to identify innovative opportunities, manage change projects and create value through continuous innovation. In an ever-changing and increasingly competitive market, the ability to innovate is a determining factor for the success of any organization. This course aims to train leaders capable of guiding innovation processes in a structured way, through a strategic vision that embraces both technology and organizational and cultural models.

The course aims to: - Provide a thorough understanding of innovation strategies to improve business competitiveness. - Develop the ability to implement effective innovation processes, from the conception phase to execution. - Integrate tools and methodologies for design thinking and change management. - To foster understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on business dynamics. - Create a future-oriented mindset, able to anticipate trends and guide the company through the challenges of innovation.

Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered valid.
