Description
The course aims to give learners the tools to successfully manage projects in light of the changes of recent years in which project management has become an essential management methodology for every business regardless of size or industry. Not only products and services, but every single aspect of the enterprise must be constantly innovated and improved, and the project is the management methodology needed to do something new. Innovation and project are intimately related which leads to say that projects are the real operational arm of business strategy.
Educational project
Developing that technical skills that are the basis for a successful PM. Typically focused on planning and controlling various project aspects: cost, time, risk, value etc. These skills are certainly necessary but not sufficient to ensure proper project management. Develop Managerial and organizational skills that underpin decision-making processes and become essential in matrix project management where the project manager has no hierarchical authority over the resources involved. Develop behavioral skills such as leadership, team management skills etc. These are necessary skills for management in general but take on special declination and importance in project management that involves continuous negotiations within and outside organizational boundaries.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science. For international applicants, the equivalent qualifications of the respective university systems will be considered
