DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA GESTIONALE

The Executive MBA is a program that combines lessons in digital learning distance and lessons in presence and has as a total duration of 21 months, including 18 months of didactic delivery that corresponds to a total of 74 ECTS. Students will be able to customize their own path by choosing two Inspiring Workshops, which are meant to be in-depth courses on topics of particular interest. At the end of the core courses and Inspiring Workshops, the final project (project work) is foreseen for a total of 15 ECTS; the project work, carried out in a group, can be carried out at the company of one of the participants or concern the development of a new business idea. The sessions in presence will take place at POLIMI GSOM headquarter in Milan.

The Executive MBA is designed to meet the management training needs of graduates in technical, economic and humanistic disciplines already engaged in work activities, who feel the need, in a path of continuous improvement, to adapt their skills to the managerial role in which they are called upon to operate by their companies. Part of the training programme is also dedicated to the development of Human Capabilities and Purpose. The Executive MBA delivered through training methods that, rather than providing a series of theoretical notions, tend instead to favor teaching based on practical aspects, discussion of business cases and with strong interaction between participants and the lecturer. The Executive MBA involves the direct participation of companies that will be presenting real-world cases and the challenges that characterize the management world to the students, which will work in teams on the solutions.

Bachelor or Master of Science. Equivalent Foreign Qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered.
