Laurea Magistrale in Food Engineering
The first students to graduate
On 23 July, the first students graduated from the Laurea Magistrale programme (equivalent to Master of Science) in Food Engineering, which began during the 2019/2020 academic year. The scope is to train food engineers capable of managing and bringing innovations to the entire production chain in the food and beverage industry.
The course is highly interdisciplinary and involves the collaboration of 7 leading partners in the sector (Unitec, Esselunga, Unilever Italia, Nestlé, Number1, Granarolo, and Goglio), enabling students to gain experience in the field with seminars, technical visits, in-house theses, and internships.
The first graduates are Ludovica Maria Raja and Elia Zama. Congratulations!
