The course is co-organized by the Department of Architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering (DABC) and the Real Estate Center of DABC - Polimi. The course targets practitioners. It will be open also to researchers and students, both national and international, that participate in the second week of the Summer School on Workplace Management - 4th edition (2021).The course proposes case histories on the implementation of innovative strategies in coworking spaces, providing evidence of work performance, psycho-physical wellbeing of users, as well as an increase in relations and socialisation among users themselves.Progetto Formativo
The aim of the course is to train participants through discussions on the issues of workplace management in coworking spaces. In particular, the design and planning of the office space based on the work activities carried out by users and their needs, shows a significant increase in productivity and relative satisfaction for both the individual and the company.Requisiti
The course is mainly aimed at professionals, both designers and company employees, who want to learn through concrete testimonies how the discipline of workplace management in coworking can improve the working quality of the individual and the community.Ulteriori Informazioni
