Production

The research and experimentation activities focus on the management of the building process and on control of the production processes, with particular attention paid to evaluating the technological quality of the process and product. The following represent typical examples of research projects: the definition of procedures and models underlying decisional processes in the design, production, management and monitoring phases of urban requalification projects; the design, control and evaluation of the energy-related sustainability of components and systems on various scales; tools and methods for the evaluation and control of the technological quality of components and sub-systems (initial quality, durability, operational quality, maintainability); analyses and experimentation on systems and components, life-cycle forecasts (LCA) and the management of productive processes.
