Architectural heritage and landscape preservation and management

The Research Group works on researches, technical projects and education about study, conservation and management of architectural and landscape heritage. The activity of the Research Group is focused on these topics: - theory and history of architectural restoration and conservation; - study diagnosis and conservation treatment of cultural heritage (monuments, historic centres and districts, historic parks and gardens, vernacular architecture, industrial archaeology, XX century buildings); - historic landscape analysis, preservation and management; - preservation plans and guidelines for the cultural heritage conservation and valorisation; - education with masters, PhD and School of Specialisation Courses about architectural and landscape heritage preservation and management, diagnosis, conservation treatments, restoration of historic parks and gardens.
