Environmental Technologies for Pollution Prevention and Control

This research line is mainly devoted to the study of the various aspects of environmental quality and to the development of the proper technologies (physical, chemical and biological) for pollution control, taking advantage of experimental activities at lab or pilot scale. The research line is subdivided into three research groups, corresponding to the three main environmental topics, namely: AIR (Air pollution and gaseous effluent treatment technologies); WATER (Water quality management and treatment technologies); SOIL (Soil pollution and remediation technologies).
