Mobility and territory

The research line “Mobility and territory” is organized around the relationship between mobility in a broad sense and territorial organisation. The research activity considers infrastructures of different types, transports, logistics, the relationship between networks nodes and places, the complementary focus upon new infrastructure construction and existing infrastructure and traffic management. The common perspective of the three research groups is that of economic, social, territorial and environmental sustainability of mobility policies. - Transport, logistics and urban studies - Nodes and networks - Spatial planning and mobility.
