Microelectronics and emerging technologies

The research line is devoted to the investigation of innovative concepts in microelectronics, from integrated circuit design to device physics, characterizations and modelling. The line is divided in two groups: Electron Circuit Design; Electron Devices. The former deals with circuit design in sub-0.1 ?m CMOS technologies for RF and power management applications. The latter is devoted to non-volatile memory technologies and modeling of electronic properties at nanoscale as well as to investigation of the properties of organic semiconductor devices.
