Information Systems

The research line is organized in one group. Namely the main research themes focus on information systems design, and in particular on the design of service-based and multichannel information systems, on IT cost evaluation, and on information quality. The research group is also active on specific application domains, such as public administration and e-government, financial information systems, and information systems for small enterprises.
