Materials, issued from the exploitation of radiation for the characterization of materials; it is divided in: 3.a. nano and micro structured materials; focused on both design, production and advanced characterization (physics of materials) and applications; ; 3.b. physics and chemistry of ‘soft’ materials, with emphasis on synthesis and characterization of their structural and transport properties.
