Management
The research and experimentation activities focus on the management of new constructions and the requalification of the building environment on various levels, as well as processes aimed at exploiting historical buildings. The following represent typical examples of research projects: the environmental governance of interventions, as well as the strategies and tools for promoting and developing the territory through appropriate use of resources (marketing, districts); the evaluation and profitable use of historical buildings (planned care and conservation; facility, property and asset management); project management and quality controls for verifying the technical and economic feasibility of complex building processes and interventions; use of computer technology (CAD-CAM, interoperable software, ICT) for the development and control of design and management processes.
