Transport

The Politecnico di Milano has now reached a position of excellence in the national and international field of Transport, and one which it has held for some years now. At present, the University can meet the needs of the most advanced (national and international) research projects, as well as the need for applied research and problem-solving, for both minor and major industries. The approach generally used is to deal with the various different problems through virtual simulation using numerical models and experimental tests carried out at the University’s experimental laboratories. These laboratories are, in fact, a high level point of reference in the various sectors involved in Transport engineering.
