University Student Elections 2017/2019 Biennium

On this page we publish information about the university student elections 2017/2019 biennium (University and PhD School)

Key Dates

  • Friday 03 March 2017: Start collecting signatures of support to lists and to individual candidates
  • Thursday 06 April 2017: 4:00 pm is the deadline for collecting signatures of support to the lists and their submission to the General Affairs and Institutional Regulations Service
  • Friday 07 April 2017: In the morning, draw letters and match them to the lists
  • Tuesday 11 April 2017: 12:00 am is the deadline for collecting signatures of support to individual applications and submitting them to the General Affairs and Institutional Regulations Service (Study Programme Boards, Campuses Reference Boards, Council of the PhD School)
  • Wednesday 12 April 2017: by appointment, presentation of the lists and relative candidates to the General Affairs and Institutional Regulations Service
  • Wednesday 19 April 2017: Publication of lists and individual candidates accredited by the Election Board
  • Wednesday 24 May 2017: voting 08:00 am - 07:00 pm
  • Thursday 25 May 2017: voting 08:00 am - 01:00 pm. At the end of voting, the vote count and the publication of results will be carried out
