The Politecnico di Milano offers lifelong learning programmes aimed at the acquisition, development and upgrading of knowledge and skills of technological, organizational and regulatory environment. They represent an opportunity for professional growth and aim to meet the needs of competition on national and international scenarios. For this reason, specific tailored programmes are structured, in response to training needs expressed by companies, organizations and institutions, and which are characterized by

• a thorough analysis of the training needs of the company compared to the market environment in which it operates;
• the construction of an ad hoc path in which are expressed and strongly integrated the teaching and research carried out by the teachers of the University.

Lifelong Learning (in Italian only)

Specializing Masters are post-graduate programmes, lasting at least annually, aimed to train highly specialized professionals and professionals characterized by a predominant applicative transversality.

They are organized into two levels:

• 1st level: programmes accessible to candidates holding at least a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent title if obtained abroad
• 2nd level: programmes accessible to candidates holding a Master of Science degree, or equivalent title if obtained abroad.

The Advanced Study Programmes have a duration longer than three months, but not exceeding one year. Candidates holding a university degree may apply in order to acquire special skills in certain technical and professional fields, after which a certificate of participation is issued.
