The University Quality Service ensures that calibration activities are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and that measurements are with reference to the national metrological chain. The Service is also responsible for management of the primary reference samples, allocated to the various Departments, and is the direct interface with ACCREDIA for accreditation activities in the various metrological sectors.
